Order your Hawaiian Volcano Plant from a local nursery or on the Internet. Specify that you want the pink anthurium. There are many varieties of volcano plants, and this will ensure you get the right one.
Remove the packaging material from your Hawaiian Volcano Plant when it arrives. The Hawaiian Volcano Plant will be attached by the roots to a small to medium piece of lava.
Wash and dry a small glass bowl to use for growing and displaying your Hawaiian Volcano Plant. Fill the bowl with 1 inch of warm tap water. Place the Hawaiian Volcano Plant in the bowl. Allow the Hawaiian Volcano Plant rock to soak up the water. Refill with additional water until the bowl has 1/2 inch full of water.
Set the Hawaiian Volcano Plant in a partial-sunny window or location. Check weekly for watering needs.
