Identification
Miracle-Gro for roses can be identified by the boxes' pink color; it is a powdered food in a plastic bag. It is water-soluble and has a fast-dissolving action. The ingredients are abundant with the exact nutrients and elements that roses need to flourish, such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Miracle-Gro also makes their Shake 'n Feed for roses, which is premixed for more convenience.
Function
Nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, copper and chelated iron help feed the roses, so they can grow and be healthy. Miracle-Gro designed this product to rapidly dissolve in water and be easily absorbed by the rose. The nutrients are taken in through the roses' roots and leaves.
