Landscape pavers are a flexible medium for landscaping in your yard or garden. The pavers may be used to make edging, pathways, patios or retaining walls. Pavers may be made of cement or stone. Pavers may be made to look more rustic by growing moss in the cracks between the pavers. Generally moss will not grow in sunny or dry locations.
Things You'll Need
Moss clump
Buttermilk
Blender
Paint brush
Spray bottle
Plastic wrap
Crumble 1 cup of moss in a blender.
Add 2 cups buttermilk and 2 parts water. The moss will use the buttermilk as food.
Blend the ingredients until they form a thick slurry.
Paint the moss slurry between pavers with a paint brush.
Mist the mixture with a spray bottle filled with water. Cover with plastic to keep the moss damp. Uncover the moss and mist daily. Remove the plastic when moss begins to grow.
