Torque refers to the ability of a rotating element to surmount turning resistance, such as that of a shaft or gear, and this is powered by the engine. Husqvarna has several lines of chainsaws that offer many different levels of torque.
Husqvarna 365 Powerful Robust Saw
The Husqvarna 365 Powerful Robust chainsaw features a three-piece crankshaft, adjustable oil pump, air injection and a side-mounted chain tensioner. It has an environmentally conscious XTorq engine which offers reduced exhaust emissions and fuel consumption. This engine has a cylinder displacement of 4 cubic inches, cylinder bore of 1.89 inches and cylinder stroke of 1.42 inches. It has a horsepower of 4.6, idling speed of 2700 rpm and a maximum power speed of 9000 rpm. The maximum power of the chain speed is 67.91 fts.
Husqvarna 576 XP G AutoTune Saw
The 576 chainsaw, part of Husqvarna's XP chainsaw line, shares many of its special features with the 365, such as the three-piece crankshaft, side-mounted chain tensioner and eco-friendly XTorq engine. However, the torque specifications of the engine in the 576 model are different. It has a cylinder displacement of 4.48 cubic inches, cylinder stroke of 1.42 inches and cylinder bore of 2.01 inches. This chainsaw has a maximum power speed of 9600 rpm, idling speed of 2700 rpm and a power output of 5.8 horsepower. The maximum power of the chain speed is 70.21 fts.
Husqvarna 455 Rancher Allround Saw
In addition to the air injection, tensioner and three-piece crankshaft of the other models, the 455 Rancher chainsaw also features a quick-release air filter, combined choke/stop control and an eco-pump. The torque specifications for this model include an XTorq engine with a 3.4 cubic inch cylinder displacement. The cylinder bore and stroke are 1.8 and 1.3 inches respectively while the idling speed is 2700 rpm. The maximum power speed of this chainsaw is 9000 rpm with a power output of 3.5 horsepower.
