Bolens riding mowers contain 13.5 HP Briggs & Stratton engines. Yard Machines riding lawn mower models feature 12.5, 13.5 or 14.5 HP Briggs & Stratton engines.
Deck Sizes
MTD Gold riding mowers feature decks ranging from 42 to 50 inches in width, while Yard-Man riding lawn mowers have 38, 42 or 46-inch decks. Bolens riding mowers feature 38-inch decks, and Yard Machines riding lawn mowers have either 38 or 42-inch decks.
